Benefits of Retirement Living
When you choose a lifestyle at NBA CCH, there's no "good news, bad news," it's all good - with a surprising wealth of services and recreational activities.

Think young, everybody else around here does! At the home, you quickly find you have taken on a new quality of life. Now you're surrounded by good friends and neighbors to share good meals, good times and good conversations.
Worries evaporate in our sunny climate. With non-stop activities to choose from (or skip, when you want a little quiet time) loneliness is a thing of the past. You live in safety and security, take easy walks under fine old trees, and finally have time to really enjoy your retirement. Come visit. Talk to some residents. You'll see!

You qualify just one time: upon admittance. There's no "rich test." Your residence is a simple month-to-month rental agreement. Once financially qualified, an annual update is asked for. That's all.
You retain and manage your own assets. No major investment of assets is required. Unlike at other retirement homes, your residence and many of our services are covered by the monthly rental fee.

Still love to drive? Good for you! If not, we've got your transport! We'll drive you in safety and comfort, to medical and dental appointments within a six-mile radius, and on weekly grocery shopping trips. Dial-A-Ride and Metro transport are also available.
Activities au go-go! And we put the "go" into activities! Start in-house, with bingo, exercise classes, religious services, art classes, horseshoes and bridge. Out and about? Excursions to Dodger games, dining out, sightseeing, concerts, theater, beach trips, shop ' til you drop!

Everybody's welcome at NBA CCH! Residents must be 60 or over. If a couple, one must be at least the minimum age. There is no upper age limit. While many of our residents are Christian Church members, we currently have 17 different denominations represented here.
Aging in place: it means your good life can go on in later years. Lives change, needs change. As you stroll our wooded, pleasant campus, be aware that NBA CCH is three facilities in one - where we offer residents the pleasant prospect of continued care at the appropriate level, here in familiar surroundings: Apartment Living is for residents who remain independent and active. Assisted Living is for residents who require daily help with basic needs and activities. And our Care Center is for residents who need 24-hour medical supervision.
